Pandeyuca (Spanish for Cassava bread) is a type of bread made of cassava starch and cheese typical of Southern Colombia.

  1. Shred the white cheese, and mix with the yuca flour and baking powder.
  2. Knead the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste, and water while mixing the dough.
  4. Cut small amounts of the mixed dough, roll.
  5. Place the pieces on a greased baking pan, and bake for about 20 minutes.
