  1. Parboil the vegetables (don't let them get too cooked) *drain the vegetables well.
  2. Dice and add the cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions.
  3. Mix in the mayo to bind it together.
  4. salt and pepper to taste.
  5. For some reason it needs a heavier hand than you'd think with the pepper
  6. Chill well.
